Description of Product Manager Life Science Division - PT ITS Science Indonesia
Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree (S1) or Master Degree from reputable University with Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and others related discipline.
2. Minimum 2 years of working experience in scientific equipment industry in a sales role.
3. Good practical laboratory experience who has passion in sales are also encourage to apply.
4. Experience in marketing and cold canvassing, to find new potential customer.
5. Able to manage and communicate with Principal on product knowledge, problem, pricing, technical issue.
6. Good communication skill in Indonesia and English Language.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and build good relationship with existing customers and responsible to identify new business opportunities and developing new projects.
2. Responsible for contacting new clients, maintaining relationships with established clients, consulting on new products and setting prices.
3. Carrying out laboratory equipment procurement projects at universities, private companies and government.
4. Produce competitive analysis materials comparing products with its key competitors.
5. Processing purchase order from customer and make sure delivery on schedule (one time delivery or partially), and handle complaints from customers.
6. To work closely with Business Support Executives in handling/executing delivery, roadshows, exhibitions and events.
7. To actively participate in the department's strategic planning activities in relation to the overall company direction.
8. Researching and gathering information about current market.
