Job Description
1. Analyze key components of microalgae that can be utilized in food and beverage products.
2. Develop formulations for food and beverage applications.
3. Conduct research and author scientific papers based on ongoing studies.
4. Address and resolve operational challenges in the field.
5. Ensure that the processes and media developed take into account cost, time, quality, simplicity, and workplace safety.
6. Research literature to generate ideas for trials and propose new concepts.
Requirements
1. Pendidikan minimal S1 / S2 : Teknologi Pangan
2. Pengalaman di bidang yang sama minimal 1 tahun
3. Memiliki pengetahuan tentang mikroalga sebagai bahan pangan
4. Mempu membuat perancangan design trial, implementasi dan report scientific
5. Bisa bekerjasama dengan rekan kerja.
6. Memiliki time management yang bagus
