Job Description
1. Designing and conducting microalgae cultivation trials.
2. Monitoring, collecting data, and analyzing trial data.
3. Managing the trial timeline to ensure targets are met.
4. Performing on-site problem-solving.
5. Ensuring that the processes and media developed take into account cost, time, quality, simplicity, and workplace safety.
6. Researching literature for trial concepts and proposing new ideas.
Requirements
1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Biology, Microbiology, or Life Sciences
2. At least 1 year of experience in a related field
3. Understanding of microalgae cultivation
4. Capable of designing trials, implementing them, and preparing scientific reports
5. Expertise in operating a microscope
6. Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
7. Strong time management skills
