Job Description
1. Develop trial schedules within the Research Culture framework, based on trial requirements and available resources.
2. Supervise the design, implementation, and validation of trials in accordance with established SOPs.
3. Manage trial timelines to ensure targets are met.
4. Conduct monitoring, data collection, and data analysis for trials.
5. Research literature to generate trial concepts and propose new ideas.
6. Address and resolve operational issues in the field.
7. Ensure that the processes and media being developed account for cost, time, quality, simplicity, and workplace safety.
8. Ensure that necessary work equipment and research resources are adequately provided.
9. Supervise staff members.
10. Implement human resource development programs within the Research & Development department.
Requirements
1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Biology, Microbiology, or Life Sciences
2. At least 1 year of experience in a related field
3. Understanding of microalgae cultivation
4. Capable of designing trials, implementing them, and preparing scientific reports
5. Expertise in operating a microscope
6. Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
7. Strong time management skills
