Job Description
1. Develop and execute strategic communication and PR plans.
2. Manage media relations and build strong relationships with external stakeholders.
3. Create and distribute press releases and corporate communications.
4. Coordinate PR campaigns to strengthen brand awareness and corporate reputation.
5. Ensure consistent messaging across various communication channels.
6. Act as a liaison between the company, media, and external partners.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related fields.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience handling media relations and external partnerships.
3. Strong expertise in Public Relations, Media Relations, and Strategic Communications.
4. Experience in managing public communications within government institutions.
5. Experience in biotechnology, healthcare, or life sciences industry is an advantage.
6. Proven ability to develop professional communication materials and press releases.
7. Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
8. Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
