Job Description
a. Manage and maintain sales & customer data within the CRM system.
b. Prepare periodic reports and ensure data accuracy & consistency.
c. Analyze data to support sales performance and business decisions.
d. Support CRM system improvement and process optimization.
Requirements
a. Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related fields.
b. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in CRM, data analysis, or similar roles.
c. Strong skills in data compilation and analysis.
d. Proficiency in Excel or other data processing tools.
e. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.
