Job Description
- Handle sales administration of commercial products, including order processing, invoicing, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales data in the company’s system.
- Coordinate with customers to follow up on orders and address inquiries or issues.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to support the achievement of sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Communication, Business Administration, or related major.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales administration or customer service.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or supply chain processes is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team.
- Willing to work in Semarang
