Job Description
Sales Manager (MT) will conduct the strategy and execution of offline sales channels including retail, modern trade, general trade, and distribution partners. This role is critical in achieving sales targets, building new distribution pipelines, and fostering strategic collaborations. You will be responsible for laying
the foundation for Hotto’s commercial expansion and building a high-performing sales function.
- Develop and execute sales strategies across B2B and offline channels (modern trade).
- Identify, onboard, and nurture partnerships with distributors, resellers, and retail channels.
- Lead pricing negotiations, margin discussions, and promotional deals with partners.
- Propose and manage promotional budgets, ensuring strong ROI and sales performance.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to uncover growth opportunities.
- Provide sales performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, and operations to ensure seamless go-to-market execution.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Nutrition, or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of experience in FMCG/Retail sales, preferably with exposure to MT, GT, or distribution development.
3. Proven ability to build B2B sales channels or partnerships from scratch.
4. Strong in negotiation, communication, and relationship management.
5. Solid understanding of margin, ROI, pricing structure, and promo efficiency.
6. Experience with reporting, budgeting, and data-driven decision making.
