Job Description
• Ensure all company activities comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Monitor regulatory changes (UU, PP, POJK, Permen, Perda, dI)
• Prepare, review, and correct contract documents/PKS/MoU, NDA, Power of Attorney, Employment Agreement, and Company Regulations
• Provide recommendations for improvements to minimize company risk
• Maintain legal archives and contract lifecycle
• Manage business permits, corporate documents, and coordinate with notaries
• Prepare, review, and ensure anti-fraud and anti-bribery guidelines

Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Law
• 3 years of experience in corporate legal and related fields
• Able to draft and review legal documents, contracts, and other matters
• Understand relevant industry regulations
• Able to identify and assess legal risks
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills
• Honest, disciplined, highly motivated, and responsible
