Qualifications
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in R&D in the food industry (preferably with experience in flavoring applications for beverages/snacks).
• In-depth understanding of sensory analysis
• Understand and implement HACCP, ISO 22000, and other food safety standards
• Location: Jababeka, Cikarang
Job Description
• Develop new products from the formulation stage to process validation
• Ensure products meet technical standards, allergen profiles, and shelf-life stability
• Ensure the entire development process complies with food safety parameters (HACCP & ISO 22000)
