Description of Junior Researcher - PT Tetra Solusi Perdana (Part of Mursmedic Group)
Job Description:
1. Conduct product development processes for Electromedical Medical Devices.
2. Perform literature studies and product benchmarking to support the product development process.
3. Carry out trial designs, product verification, and validation to ensure the intended use is achieved.
4. Plan, perform, and coordinate product testing in accordance with ISO/SNI regulations (IEC, EMC, Clinical, etc.).
5. Prepare documentation for all product development processes in accordance with applicable standards.
6. Maintain or create new SOPs related to R&D processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Physics, or related fields (fresh graduate are welcome to apply).
- Hands-on skills in electrical circuits (digital & analog signal processing) and electro-mechanical integration.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to perform reverse engineering.
- Knowledge of ISO/SNI standards for medical devices and experience in product verification & validation.
- Good communication skills, teamwork, discipline, and effective time management.
- Ability to prepare and maintain technical documentation and SOPs; physically fit and adaptable to R&D environment.

Placement: Surakarta, Central Java
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 08.00 - 17.00 (Work From Office)
