Job Description:
1. Reviewing and preparing certification documents.
2. Conducting consultations with relevant parties or authorities.
3. Providing advice and/or training to clients regarding the certification process.
4. Assisting clients in conducting audits and mock-up audits (including CAPA, monitoring and follow up until certificate issued).
5. Performing due diligence for client’s technical activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy and Apothecary (mandatory).
- Relevant certifications in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP, HACCP, etc.).
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in certification processes, quality assurance, or consulting in healthcare or related industries.
- Strong understanding of national and international certification standards (e.g., BPOM, ISO, Halal, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with clients and regulatory authorities.
- Auditing and problem solving skills.
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 08.00 - 17.00 (Work From Office)
