Description of R&D Officer - PT Commotrade
Job Description:
- Designing new product formulas and developing existing products
- Conducting marketing research, product innovation, and testing new products before commercial production
- Providing assistance to the production department during commercial production
- Conducting stability testing and analysis for new products trialed from the lab to the commercial scale
- Compiling product development histories and creating production SOPs
- Preparing permits in accordance with government regulations regarding product legality
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (D3)/Bachelor's Degree (S1) majoring in Chemistry
- Minimum GPA (GPA) of 3.0
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in R&D
- Critical thinking, capable of research, analysis, and product innovation
- Proficient with laboratory equipment as required by the chemical industry
- Basic knowledge of chemical raw materials
- Able to communicate research results effectively both internally and externally
- Proficient in foreign languages, especially English and Japanese
- High motivation and work drive
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Disciplined and responsive in work
- Actively involved and possessing good communication skills
- Experience in implementing CPPKRTB
