Job Description
1. Develop and implement business and institutional development strategies to expand collaborative networks, enhance the competitiveness of study programs, and support the achievement of student intake targets.
2. Lead the development and development of curricula in accordance with national and international standards.
3. Build a performance-oriented work culture, manage study program lecturers and staff to support teaching, research, community service, and business operations.
4. Establish collaborations with hospitals, healthcare institutions, and government and private institutions.
5. Oversee the accreditation process and ensure the academic quality of study programs.
Qualifications
1. Doctoral degree in Hospital Administration, Public Health, Hospital Management, Health, or a related field.
2. Experience in institutional development, strategic networking, and student intake improvement initiatives.
3. Hold a minimum academic functional position of Lecturer (preferably Head Lecturer/Professor).
4. Experience in academic leadership (e.g., Head of Study Program, Secretary of Study Program, or managerial position in education/hospital settings).
5. A track record of research, publications, and collaboration with hospitals or healthcare institutions.
6. Strong managerial, communication, and networking skills.
