Job Description
R&D Intern will work closely with the Product Innovation Staff and assist in finding product gaps in the market, propose product concepts, and help bring the product to market. An ideal candidate would be someone passionate about product development and shares our mission to modernize the kids snack industry.
- Identify new product opportunities by analyzing consumer trends, existing players, and products in the market
- Assist in the design, formulation, and development of products that meet the customer demand and fit our brand & market positioning
- Collaborates cross-functionally and externally to bring new product concepts to market.
- Conduct customer/consumer research on acceptance of new products
- Work with production to identify process improvement.
Requirements
- Degree in Food Technology or other related courses
- Curious in product development processes
- Knowledge in various kinds of snack production will be an added advantage
- Proactive in solving problems. Resourceful
- Team player and good communication skills
- Strong Analytical & Market Research skills
- Able to commute to our office in Jakarta Barat
