Job Description
- Assist in planning, executing, and evaluating KOL- driven marketing campaigns for baby snack products.
- Create and manage a list of relevant KOLs aligned with the brand and products.
- Identify potential KOLs on social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) who can reach the target audience.
- Assist in drafting contracts and agreements with KOLs.
- Collaborate with the creative team to provide engaging and on-brand marketing materials.
- Assist in preparing content briefs for KOLs to share on their social media (photos, videos, captions, etc.).
- Conduct market research to understand current trends in the baby food industry and influencer marketing.
- Monitor and track KOL campaign performance using relevant tools and analytics.
- Assist in creating campaign reports, including engagement metrics, reach, and impact analysis.
Requirements
- Min 6th semester or undergraduate students with few classes, preferably pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Public Relation or a related field
- Have previous internship experience in marketing, especially handling KOLs
- Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer marketing.
- Experience doing research using multiple sources
- Have a strong interest in marketing
- Having good communication skills and initiative
- Have leadership & project management experience
