Job Description
You will manage territory performance, support and oversee DSRs (Distributor Sales Representative), and act as a trusted advisor to top-tier outlets. You'll drive sales growth through value-added activities, ensure Hero SKU availability, and execute in-store strategies.
Requirements
1. Level of education: Bachelor’s degree in any major, preferably Business or Marketing.
2. Min cGPA: 3.00/4.00
3. Soft Skills Requirements: Creative and strategic thinker with strong networking and business development abilities, excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, and high adaptability. Proficient in data administration and analytics for business insights. Fluent in English and Mandarin (written & spoken).
4. Specific Hard Skills Requirements: Proficiency in data administration and analytics for business insights, and fluency in English (written & spoken).
5. Open to fresh graduate
