You will oversee the daily operations of HR transactional services for Multi Bintang Indonesia and Heineken Timor Leste, ensuring seamless, high-quality service delivery. This role involves managing escalated issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions, and maintaining the highest standards of service excellence.
Requirements
1. Level of education: Bachelor's degree or master's degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Psychology, or any other related field.
2. Min cGPA: 3.00/4.00
3. Soft skills requiremens: Strong analytical skills for handling big data, high attention to detail and accuracy, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
4. Spesific hard skills requirements: Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
5. Min. 3-5 years' experience in relevant experience.
