3. Have experience as a Collector Manager for at least 2 years, preferably experience in PBF or FMCG
4. Have the ability to meet collection targets
5. Planning the development of strategies & business processes/SOPs for all Collection activities
6. Have skills in team management & negotiation
7. Willing to take business trips out of town
8. Willing to be placed in Tangerang
