Requirements
1. Bachelor Degree (S1) or Master Degree from reputable University with Food Science and Technology, Food Science and Engineering and other related background.
2. Minimum 3 years experience in the Food & Beverage industries covering functional and commodities ingredients. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Experience in marketing and cold canvassing, to find new potential customer.
4. Having deep knowledge of Food & Beverages such as raw material, end products.
5. Able to manage and communicate with Principal on product knowledge, problem, pricing, and technical issue.
6. Good communication skill in Indonesia and English Language.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Research and analyze optimal product formulations and manufacturing processes.
2. Manage research and product development activities.
3. Making formulation to production scale for new and existing products.
4. Responsible for sourcing new materials for new developments and alternatives for effective cost saving projects.
5. Responsible for ensuring the quality of formulations.
6. Responsible for R&D documentation and administration.
