Job Description
1. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems or issues related to computer software and systems.
3. Analyze, recommend, and implement process improvements.
4. Troubleshoot, modify, support, manage, and maintain application programs and user accounts.
5. Inform others about administrative policies and procedures, technical issues, priorities, and methods related to telecommunications.
6. Carrying out procedures in the IT department
Requirements
1. Minimum S1 education: Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or Department of Information Technology
2. Minimum 3 years work experience in the same field
3. Have a good understanding of IT, Web & Mobile Development, Database Center, SQL, digital security & Network (Server, Router, Switch, AP, Firewall, VM, etc).
4. Have strong and appropriate problem solving, critical thinking and decision making skills
5. Willing to work mobile
