Job Description
1. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems or issues related to computer software and systems and networks.
2. Analyze, recommend, and implement process improvements.
3. Troubleshoot, modify, support, manage, and maintain application programs and user accounts.
4. Consult with and advise others on administrative policies and procedures, technical issues, priorities, and methods relating to telecommunications.
5. Perform regular data backups
6. Responsible for all information technology facilities in the factory environment
Requirements
1. S1: Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or
2. Department of Information Technology
3. Minimum 3 years work experience in the same field
4. Preferably SPV in the IT/Computer sector
5. Have good English communication skills.
6. Have a good understanding of IT, Web & Mobile Development, Database Center, SQL, digital security & Network (Server, Router, Switch, AP, Firewall, VM, etc).
7. Have strong and appropriate problem solving, critical thinking and decision making skills
8. Willing to work mobile
