Job Description
1. Analyzing the important components of microalgae that can be used in food & beverage
2. Making preparations for Food and Beverage
3. Conduct research and write scientific papers related to the research being carried out
4. Carry out problem solving in the field
5. Ensure that the processes and media developed have considered cost, time, quality, simplicity and work safety.
6. Search the literature to trial ideas and propose new ideas
Requirements
1. Minimum S1 / Masters education: Food Technology
2. Minimum 1 year experience in the same field
3. Have knowledge about microalgae as a food ingredient
4. Able to design trial designs, implementation and scientific reports
5. Can collaborate with colleagues.
6. Have good time management
