Description of IT Supervisor - Indonesia International Institute for Life Sciences (i3L)
Job Description
1. Ensure all information systems and other supporting applications work properly, in accordance with the agreement with the user. Perform deployment, documentation, and socialization.
2. Ensure IT infrastructure services (network and data center) work properly in accordance with the standards and rules contained in IT SOPs.
3. Manage and be responsible for IT assets and inventory both software and hardware, conduct procurement, repairs, and routine asset and inventory reports.
4. Prepare and manage the annual IT budget.
5. Prepare IT strategic plans and reports, monthly and yearly, related to overall IT operations and development.
6. Manage and supervise IT Infrastructure engineer, IT Support and operation, and IT Software engineer.
Requirements
1. A Bachelor’s or master’s Degree in major IT/IS/Computer Science
2. Minimum 3 years of working experience as an IT Supervisor in a management role
3. Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems
4. Highly organized and demonstrates good quality leadership skills
5. Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
6. Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices
7. Experienced in handling projects with: Laravel, SQL, and NoSQL databases, virtualization servers, network configurations, firewalls, and internet connections
8. Have a good English proficiency
