Description of Personal Assistant to Vice Rector - Indonesia International Institute for Life Sciences (i3L)

Job Description
1. Provide administrative support to Vice Rector.
2. Schedule and arrange meetings, update appointments and conferences, communicate with relevant parties, and handle queries.
3. Remind the Vice Rector of important tasks and deadlines.
4. Assist in preparing various documents, papers, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
5. Manage database, documentation, and filing systems.
6. Provide academic and research support to Vice Rector, including preparing and editing speeches and seminar presentations.
7. Other tasks to support Vice Rector and the Department

Qualifications
1. Minimum Bachelor's degree, any major may apply.
2. Excellent in both oral and written English is mandatory, an overseas graduate will be preferable.
3. Proven experience working as a personal assistant is preferable.
4. Ability to establish priorities, multi-task, and work within tight timelines.
5. Proficient in computer technology, especially Microsoft Office app.
6. Strong customer service and social skills.
7. Able to keep discretion and confidentiality.
8. Willing to be placed in Pulomas, East Jakarta.
