Description of HR Payroll, Compensation & Benefit (Staff Level)

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, • Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office with advanced skill in Data Processing in Excel, Payroll System, familiar with HRIS
• Well-organized and able to multitask
• Good in HR Analytic, Having Good Knowledge in Updated Compensation Benefit area & Implementation
• Having a good command of English is preferable
